Telemedicine Evaluation: $40
Telemedicine evaluation involves a phone call and/or video conference evaluation with one of our Board Certified Physicians. Should you choose phone evaluation and later request a video evaluation for the same issue/same call, you will not be billed for separate visits. We have a variety of video conference options available including FaceTime, Google Duo, Zoom, and any others you may prefer.
In Home Evaluation (Basic Visit): $125
Most in Home Evaluations will fall into the “basic visit” category. If medications are administered additional fees may apply (see below for medication pricing). Home Visit price includes one diagnostic test if necessary (strep test, flu test, or Dipstick Urinalysis). Additional tests would be $20 extra if necessary.
In Home COVID-19 Screening Test: $100 (Discounts available if doing more than one swab at same visit)
This rate is for the swab test only for those who are asymptomatic and need a screening test post exposure or before travel, or for any other purpose.
Large Group COVID Screening Test: We provide COVID testing for large groups of individuals—-corporate testing/group test rates are variable depending on the number of people we will be testing at a given location.
Oral Medications: $10

Oral medication administration would typically be your first dose of antibiotic or medication for nausea/vertigo. Injectable medications include antibiotics, nausea medication, steroids, and anti-inflammatory medications.
Complex In Home Evaluation: $185
In Home Evaluations would fall into this category if they involve a procedure or monitoring for an extended period of time. Complex visits would be for issues such as laceration repair, abscess incision and drainage, splinting of orthopedic injuries, or other lengthy evaluations (giving one or more breathing treatments for asthma exacerbation with monitoring after the treatment is provided). This price also includes any and all splinting materials, laceration repair materials, medications for local anesthesia, etc. No Hidden Costs.
Laboratory/Imaging Follow Up: $25
If labs or imaging studies are ordered, once the results are in there will be an additional $30 charge for one of our physicians reviewing those results and communicating the results with you as well as any recommendations. The same fee applies whether your initial evaluation is via telemedicine/video conference, In Home Evaluation, or Complex In Home Evaluation. If further follow up is necessary the treating physician will help arrange referrals for further management as part of this fee.
